Motorists across West Central Ohio face a series of ongoing road closures, lane restrictions, and construction projects this November, according to a recent local traffic report.
Interstate 75 will experience night-time lane closures in both directions between National Road in Cridersville and 4th Street in Lima from November 2 through November 11, running from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for pavement marking work. Additionally, State Route 81 at the railroad crossing in Lima is scheduled to close on Tuesday, November 10, for approximately three days for railroad repairs, with a posted detour via State Route 309 and I-75.
In Delphos, the Cleveland Street bridge over Flat Fork Creek is now expected to reopen on approximately November 13 following a bridge rehabilitation project. Meanwhile, High Street in Lafayette is fully open following roadway reconstruction, though intermittent lane closures may occur for finish work.
In Wapakoneta, southbound State Route 501 is closed through November 13 for an intersection improvement project, and several other area routes, including U.S. 224, U.S. 30, and U.S. 127, continue to see traffic impacts, lane restrictions, or flaggers due to ongoing bridge rehabilitation, resurfacing, and drainage operations.
